Office Air Conditioning Wiltshire | The Portway Centre, Salisbury, Hot Desks Kept Cool – Following a change of ownership at The Portway Centre based in Old Sarum near Salisbury the whole building has progressively been fully refurbished providing offices to let and hot desks to rent out for as little as an hour at a time.

A major part of the works was updating the old Air Handling Plant and replacing the very dated R22 AC throughout the building.

Regal have installed Daikin VAM Heat Recovery units to ensure all areas have a constant supply of fresh air, all the while enhancing the comfort in each office area which have had new R32 AC systems installed.
