TM44 Energy Inspection of Air Conditioning systems
Energy performance of buildings directive (EPBD) requires an inspection of air conditioning and ventilation systems. The TM44 inspection includes an assessment of your systems efficiency, a review of its sizing and advice on efficiency, improvements, replacement or alternative solutions to save energy costs.
