Preservation of the environment is a key priority for Regal Environmental Systems Limited. The management and staff of Regal commit themselves to implementing the following principles:
- 1. All products, processes and services will meet at least the applicable regional, national and european legislation.
- 2. The necessary information and training will be given to Regal's customers and employees in order to meet the objectives of this policy at all times.

- 3. Active measures will be taken for the efficient management of refrigerants and for stimulating the use and installation of products with refrigerants which have a reduced environmental impact.
- 4. Taking into account the total life cycle, we strive to use our products and services so that the use of energy and resources is restricted to a minimum. The production of waste will be avoided, the waste and scrap will be recycled as much as possible and the packaging waste is controlled.

- 5. The environmental policy will be communicated in order that it is well known by the hierarchy; the management and the employees, and this will be adjusted when necessary.
- 6. The management of this policy has to be evaluated periodically by checks and audits in order to continuously improve performances.
